Frequently Asked Questions.

I always answer that this is flexible depending on your budget, schedule and needs.  

However, if you are in acute distress, then I will see you once a week until the distress is reduced.

What about duration? This also depends on the individual.

In short. Book your intake session and then in collaboration we will determine frequency of appointments and duration of therapy based on your individual needs, it is flexible. 

Most frequently between 6-12 sessions and you can reach your goals.

You will need to check with your individual provider prior to signing up for therapy.  “Psychotherapy” is covered by many plans but make sure first.

I do not bill directly to insurance companies but will give you a zero balance receipt for submission. 

Your mental wellness is so important. If you feel you are having a hard time coping contact me by phone, email or the contact form and I will always get you in as soon as possible.
